Refund and Returns Policy

At GotGuts.in, we want you to love every product you order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Sale / discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Products purchased under final sale or clearance categories.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info.barqat@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images.
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
  3. Ship the product back to us in secure packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund as per your preference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
