1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale / discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Worn, washed, or altered items.
- Products purchased under final sale or clearance categories.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info.barqat@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Ship the product back to us in secure packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund as per your preference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
